Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we generally cannot accept returns on opened bags of coffee.

• Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photo documentation to arrange a replacement or refund.
• Non-Perishables: Returns for non-perishable items (e.g., merchandise, equipment) must be in original, unused condition.
