Our beans are born in the high-altitude regions surrounding the Himalayas, where the air is thin and the soil is rich with mineral-dense glacial runoff. At these extreme elevations, coffee cherries grow slower, developing a deep, complex sweetness that simply cannot be replicated in the lowlands.
