Lhotse isn't just a mountain to us, it represents the pinnacle of what we believe coffee should be. I started Lhotse Brew because I wanted to bring the soul of the Himalayas to the world. Growing up with the backdrop of the world's highest peaks, I learned that greatness takes patience, resilience, and the right environment. We saw an opportunity to showcase the incredible, high-altitude coffee emerging from Nepal — beans grown with care in mineral-rich soil and crisp air. Lhotse Brew was born to honor those landscapes and the dedicated farmers who call them home. We aren't just roasting beans, we're sharing a piece of our heritage, one peak at a time.

Our Origin

The Roof of

Our beans are born in the high-altitude regions surrounding the Himalayas, where the air is thin and the soil is rich with mineral-dense glacial runoff. At these extreme elevations, coffee cherries grow slower, developing a deep, complex sweetness that simply cannot be replicated in the lowlands. Lhotse Brew honors this rugged landscape by sourcing only from small-holder farmers who master the steep slopes and unpredictable climate to bring you a truly elevated cup.
